It’s not an easy thing to find a new family dentist after 20 years. I procrastinated terribly and in the end, I contacted Dental on Beams-. I liked that it was a BUPA preferred dental practice and it was local . Right away I was welcomed and saw Lucy yesterday. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment - both personal and dental . Looks like I’ve found my new family dentist.

Had a great experience today, I woke up with facial swelling from a wisdom tooth causing me grief. Was instantly booked in for an appointment the same day and was met with so many friendly staff. Dentist Lucy was super friendly and very understanding of my past experiences with other dentists and made me feel very at ease and welcome. Left feeling super satisfied with my appointment and plan to return for a check up very soon!

I saw Dr Subin today for the first time, and was very happy with the experience. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The atmosphere was inviting. Reception staff were helpful. Will be going back!

Dr Lucy and her assistant were amazing with my son who has Autism. They were welcoming and patient on top of providing great dental service. The TV on the ceiling a huge bonus. lol Receptionists are friendly, helpful and professional. Overall there was a good atmosphere here, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish - this will be our dentist from now on. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Yesterday I attended with Dr Lucy at Dental on Beams, for half yearly dental check (first visit to this Practice). Dr Lucy carried out a thorough checkup and clean including necessary Xrays to show any hidden issues. She came up with suggestions to improve my dental health which were most helpful. Dr Lucy is very professional while also being kind and friendly making one feel at easy in the dentist chair. My Son also attends this Practice and it was he who referred me to Dr Lucy. I will definitely be continuing my dental health here, which is very modern and friendly.

Dr. Soobin was amazing!She is professional and thoughtful.I has met so many dentists, but this was by far the most satisfactory treatment.I did a check up and cleaning.Also the staff are also helpful.Merry Christmas~!

Visited the clinic for the first time in 4 years. Had a bad experience many years ago with the previous clinic so was a touch anxious.Luckily I had the warm and caring services of Dr Subin Moon. Excellent demeanour and an outstanding thorough and professional visit. Only a scale and clean, but so professionally done. Dr Subin is a wonderful dentist and the practice today is many times improved on 4 years ago.Highly recommended.

Dr Lucy was brilliant. As someone who HATES the dentist, Dr Lucy was kind, compassionate, patient and got the job done quickly, which for someone as nervous as me, was fantastic!! She had a really lovely but professional chair-side manner. I was recommended to this clinic by a friend and I am happy to say that I’d gladly pass on that recommendation to others. Thanks team .. see you in 6 months!
