So very professional but so very welcoming and kind. I am not a good dental patient but Dr Emily talked to me throughout the procedure and was so calm, efficient and made me feel very confident. The receptionist promptly returned my call was very polite and courteous I was very impressed with the whole process. Subin is a true professional making me feel at ease during the work she carried out along with Ash her assistant. I had an appointment with Dr Subin yesterday. This was my first dental appointment in Brisbane having come from interstate. Dr Subin was gentle, friendly and thorough with her explanation. She provided an excellent service for which I am grateful. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend Dental on Beams.

My son had his first dentist visit today (he’s 3) with Dr Subin. I’ve been nervous about booking him into the dentist for a while but both Dr Subin and her assistant were incredible. They made the whole experience really fun for him and he’s already asked to go back to the “tooth shop”. The receptionist was lovely as well. Thank you ladies!

Very supportive and friendly staff. Attending a dentist can be an event that causes many people to have anxiety, such as myself, but Dr Lucy and her team were more than happy to hear me talk out my anxieties of past dental visits/experiences (at a different dental practice). They talked through everything and proceeded with care while providing me with a much needed filling. The procedure was painless and not uncomfortable. Everything went well and I have faith restored in dentists due to their care and concern. I really appreciated the support and will go to this dental practice for future visits :)

It’s not an easy thing to find a new family dentist after 20 years. I procrastinated terribly and in the end, I contacted Dental on Beams-. I liked that it was a BUPA preferred dental practice and it was local . Right away I was welcomed and saw Lucy yesterday. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment - both personal and dental . Looks like I’ve found my new family dentist.

Dr Lucy and her assistant were amazing with my son who has Autism. They were welcoming and patient on top of providing great dental service. The TV on the ceiling a huge bonus. lol Receptionists are friendly, helpful and professional. Yesterday I attended with Dr Lucy at Dental on Beams, for half yearly dental check (first visit to this Practice). Dr Lucy carried out a thorough checkup and clean including necessary Xrays to show any hidden issues. She came up with suggestions to improve my dental health which were most helpful. Dr Lucy is very professional while also being kind and friendly making one feel at easy in the dentist chair. My Son also attends this Practice and it was he who referred me to Dr Lucy. I will definitely be continuing my dental health here, which is very modern and friendly.
